Local farms produce excellent artesian PRODUCTS and
simple delicacies from hand made pasta, “Chianina” meat, the Sinese pig known as the maiale Cinta Senese
which cured meats such as salamis and prosciutto is made from, Pecorino cheese from Pienza, honey, extra virgin olive oil, variety of biological produce to name but a few.
